This page explains the website’s enquiry and studio assistant features, so you can choose what to share.
Project enquiries
The project form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit the form to an enquiry database or claim a message has been sent. You choose whether to open your email application, review the draft and send it.
When you email Luke, the message and your contact details are processed through the email services used by you and the business, and used to respond to your enquiry. For questions about a message you have sent, contact luke@lukesoanesmedia.com.
The studio assistant
Messages you enter are sent to the website server to generate a reply. When the AI service is configured, the conversation is also sent to OpenAI. Otherwise the server uses the guided studio responses. The chat label identifies the mode, and provider failures can return a guided response.
The conversation is held in the page’s memory. The website does not add it to a chat database or browser local storage. “Reset chat” clears the on-page history. The server uses temporary technical request information for rate limiting. Hosting and AI providers may process request information under their own policies; this page does not promise that their operational records are absent.
Keep confidential property, financial and personal information out of chat. The assistant cannot make bookings, send messages or access Luke’s private files.
Media, fonts and browser storage
The website serves its film files, images and font files directly. Featured films use native browser controls and load when you choose to play them. Browser caching may retain these public files to make return visits faster.
This build does not add analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Your browser, email application and hosting infrastructure have their own technical processing. Links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, URDNAI or other external sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Technical requests and hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website. Page and API requests involve technical information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers. Hosting infrastructure may process or log this information to deliver the website and maintain reliability and security. The website does not use a visitor account or a customer profiling database.
