From property marketing on the Sunshine Coast to commercial AI visual content, the approach stays personal: understand the story, find the feeling and make every frame count.
Luke Soanes Media creates property films, photography and aerial imagery, with content for agents, agencies, developers, builders and accommodation brands. The selected films show different properties and different edits, connected by attention to light, composition and pacing.
The work, in its original form
The portfolio includes PLAYA for Cameron in Warana, Casa Luca in Noosaville and 16 Amaroo Drive in Buderim. Complete films retain their original edits and soundtracks; shorter excerpts are labelled. The AI Agent / Cutting Room Floor promo is presented separately as AI-generated visuals.
